  The "repairman" sent to my home spent less than five minutes staring at my diswasher before telling me it was working "up to spec". Hmmmm.... if the dishes are not being cleaned how is it "up to spec"? I was then told that they have no control if it is not working up to my standards. Seriously, is it too high of a standard to expect my dishwasher to clean my dishes?

  Worst company ever. 33 days and still do not have the parts I need. You can not get a return call from anyone. There is a lady there who answers the phone who is completely useless. 3 weeks in a row, they said they would be out to fix it, each week came and gone no phone calls, I had to call over and over to get answers.
  
  Lowes hired them to replace a pump on my washer machine. Today is day 33 and they still do not have a pump..... I am an idiot to ever trusted them, I should have just bought the $70 pump and replaced it myself.
  
  STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
