  We arrived at 110pm on a Thursday, there were two tellers, one for the commercial accounts, and one for the regular customers. After waiting for 25 mins, we were next to be served, when the teller told us to wait while she took a commercial account in front of us. I pointed out to her that they had there own teller and we were next, she then told us to wait. At this point I was upset and started to leave, when we were approached by the so called manager, and I explained why we were upset, he then said maybe the commercial acct had been waiting, I then said we had waited also over 30mins... I then said I want to close my acct the so called manager then said very sarcastically, well you still have to see a teller. We will be closing out accts with Bank of America, after we were told we had special treatment has we have a sizable acct there. Worse treatment I have ever experienced!!!!!
